Payment Terms

The following terms apply to payment for our consultation services

• • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance at RM 250 per month
• • All fees are inclusive of applicable Malaysian GST
• • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Seraphynthelo against any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes through fair and efficient processes

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Termination does not affect obligations that arose before the termination date.

Upon termination, access to services will cease and any outstanding fees remain payable.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Seraphynthelo regarding the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time with appropriate notice.
